1.Air plug:

The dye sublimation inks used in today's piezoelectric inkjet printers are water-based dye inks that bubble up during ink replenishment. Because the ink pump in the ink pump will be sent to the process of the ink and bubble together. You can start a head test.When you see the ink out of the whole, the air bubble in ink print pictures.

At this point, the bubble in the ink is not completely out of the ink, due to pressure, there will be some very small bubble in the ink. When ink is sprayed during printing, bubbles build up at the nozzle. A large number of small bubbles form large bubbles that block the nozzle and form air plugs. This causes the ink to break after a certain period of time during printing. This can happen when you are just replacing ink or installing a new machine.

(1).Solution: 

fill the cartridge with ink. Before printing, let the ink at the nozzle print out and leave the machine for 20-30 minutes. This removes the smallest bubbles in the ink and minimizes the possibility of gas clogging.

(2). Inspection methods

After injecting 25ml to 30ml of sublimation transfer ink into the nozzle, inhale air from the pipe to install the sprinkler head. Then place the sprinkler three seconds above the cart and turn it upside down. There will be bubbles rising inside the sprinkler head. If the bubble rises and slowly stops, it is normal. If it rises and does not stop, the device is judged to be leaking.

2.Leakage phenomenon

When painting pictures, bubbles will not enter the nozzle; The foam is back; Serious ink accumulation in nozzle hole; The contact belt is stained with ink; Ink will break when painting pictures.

Solution: The above phenomenon is installation hole leakage. Excessive force may be present during installation. Then open the nozzle mounting hole. We can cover the nozzle mounting hole with the middle hole of the bicycle inner tube to brighten the ink needle.
