It should be noted here that when drawing out the waste ink to pull back, waiting for no back force to release the hand, pumping can not immediately pull out the syringe.
In the extraction of waste ink, must pay attention to the following three conditions:
1.When drawing out the waste dye sublimation ink, if it is found that there is oil leakage, do not waste ink, should be careful, that the universal printer cleaning system is a problem, need to replace the nozzle protector to solve.
2.If there is water leakage in the process of ink pumping and waste ink, it indicates that the ink sac of universal flat plate printer is damaged and cannot be used normally, and a new ink sac needs to be replaced.
3.Every time after cleaning the flat plate printer to extract waste ink, must be clean, so as not to cause "siphon" phenomenon, causing unnecessary loss of ink cartridge and the pollution of the whole ink system.
