1. UV flatbed printer nozzle blockage: The cause of the blockage of the UV inkjet printer nozzle is mostly due to the precipitation of impurities; partly because the acidity of the ink is too strong, corroding the nozzle. If it is because the printer has not been used for a long time or if non-original ink is added to cause the ink delivery system to be obstructed or the nozzle is clogged, it is best to clean the nozzle. If the problem cannot be solved by washing with water, the nozzle can only be taken down, immersed in pure water of about 50-60 ° C, cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner, and dried after washing. The failure of the cleaning pump nozzle of the UV printer is also the main cause of the plugging. Cleaning the pump nozzle plays a decisive role in the protection of the printer nozzle. After the word car returns to the position, the nozzle should be weakly pumped by the cleaning pump nozzle to seal the nozzle. When the machine is equipped with a new ink cartridge or the nozzle is broken, the suction pump at the lower end of the machine is used to pump the nozzle. The higher the precision of the suction pump, the better. In actual operation, the performance and air tightness of the suction pump will decrease with time, and the amount of dust and ink remaining in the mouth will decrease. If the user does not
check or clean it frequently, it will cause the nozzle of the flatbed printer to continuously appear like a plug, so the suction pump should be maintained frequently. The specific method is to remove the upper cover of the UV printer and remove the trolley, and wash it with a pure water by a needle tube, especially to clean the microporous gasket embedded in the mouth. It should be noted that when cleaning this part, it must not be used with ethanol or methanol, which will cause the microporous gasket embedded in this assembly to dissolve and deform. At the same time, the lubricating oil cannot be touched to the pump nozzle part, because the grease will deform the rubber sealing ring at the pump nozzle portion and cannot seal the protection nozzle.

2. The speed of UV flatbed printing machine is slow: after the continuous ink supply system is modified, the original ink cartridges will also be modified. This kind of transformation will inevitably cause the burden of the word car. In the case of heavy load, the word car will move slowly, the belt will accelerate aging and increase the friction between the car and the connecting rod. In severe cases, the word car cannot be reset and cannot be used.
To solve this problem, it is best to start from three aspects:
(1). Replace the motor, the hose of the continuous ink supply system of the flatbed printer and the wall of the UV printer are rubbed, resulting in increased load on the electric motor, and long-term use of the electric motor is very large. Replacing a new motor can solve the fault;
(2). Lubricate the connecting rod. After the printer has been used for a long time, the friction between the carriage and the connecting rod inside the machine becomes larger, and the increased resistance causes the electric motor to run slowly. Lubrication can solve the fault;
(3). Reduce the belt aging speed, and the frictional force of the driven gear connected with the motor accelerates the aging of the belt of the UV printer. The cleaning and lubrication of the driven gear can reduce the fault of the belt aging.

3. UV printers do not recognize ink cartridges: Users may often encounter this situation when using continuous ink supply: after using the flatbed printer for a period of time, the black ink cartridge cannot be recognized and will not be printed. The main reason for this situation is that the waste ink of the flatbed printer is already full. Because the waste ink is easily formed during the continuous ink supply system, it is easy to cause the waste ink to be full. This situation can be handled in two ways: First, use the clearing software to reset the UV inkjet printer motherboard to eliminate the printer settings; Second, replace the sponge in the waste ink tank at the maintenance point. However, it is recommended that the user adopt the second method, because if it is simply cleared, it is easy to cause the waste ink to leak and burn the flatbed printer.
