Especially in winter rainy days, the air humidity can reach more than 90%. So there will be a lot of water in the air, on the ground, and on the walls, but the photo materials are mainly composed of paper and a coating on paper. Paper and coatings are very water-absorbing and moisture-absorbing. Moisturized photo materials are very likely to cause the appearance of ink spreading. This is also what we usually say is loose ink.  The printed image will be clear with scattered small burrs. Therefore, you should pay attention to the storage of photo materials. After each use, put it back in the original packaging and place it on a special shelf in a suspended manner. Do not touch the ground and walls. This can effectively prevent the media from being affected by moisture.

2. Aspects of cold-laminated image after printing

Due to the high humidity in the rainy weather in winter, the color of the photo screen dries slowly, especially for the screens of red, purple, etc., it takes a long time to completely dry. Often, some customers pass the film before the picture is completely dry in order to deliver the product in a hurry. This approach will cause the picture to become blurred and water quickly in a short time. Because it is affected by the air temperature, you must wait until the screen is completely dry before passing the film. If it is urgent, you can use a hairdryer, a picker, etc. to perform a local heating station before it is completely dry, and then pass the film, so that it is convenient and efficient to film the image screen.

3. The appropriate choice for photo machine ink

Since the ink formula of each manufacturer is different, the saturation, brilliance and drying time of the colors displayed by each ink is different, so the choice of photo ink is also very important.
