Case 2: The motor of the print head is faulty. Such failures cause many crashes. The print head motors of the printer are mainly divided into AC and DC. Among them, the AC type has relatively few failures, which are often caused by the use of a long time due to wear and tear. The DC type has many failures. It not only causes crashes due to wear, but also some unexpected failures, which cause headaches.

The sources of interference to the printer include external interference and internal interference. The main analysis of the internal interference situation is:

a. Data transmission interference: Data cables that do not have shielding or poor shielding functions are susceptible to interference and cause unstable work.
