1 Reduce the rate of rise. We can adjust the cylinder (or hydraulic cylinder) speed control valve (throttle valve or throttle valve) on the flat heat transfer press, and close the valve that controls the pressure plate to lower, so that the speed of the pressure plate is slowed down. When the platen is lifted, the paper and the cloth are not easily sucked up together, so that the problem of ghosting caused by the secondary transfer can be avoided.
2 Four-corner water method. If the sublimation transfer paper is smaller than the fabric, you can apply a little water (a small dot, ≤0.5 cm2) on the 4th corner of the transfer paper without printing pattern, then cover the transfer on the fabric, where the water is transferred and the fabric is transferred. Bonding, after transfer, will not produce a ghost of secondary transfer with the fabric misalignment. If there is a burnt yellow color on the fabric after transfer, it can be wiped off with water.
3 Coverage method. If the transfer paper is larger than the fabric and can cover the surface of the fabric, then the paper and fabric are generally not sucked up by the hot pressing plate. This is because the physical reason for the suction is the electrostatic effect of the fabric. When the paper covers the fabric, the fabric is cut off. The electrostatic action on the top will not be sucked up and dropped for secondary transfer.

4 Use a special adhesive sublimation paper. In order to avoid ghosting, the best way is to use special adhesive transfer paper. The adhesive transfer paper will be glued to the fabric during transfer, so that no matter how the paper and fabric are sucked up and down, the paper and the fabric are always attached. Together, the possibility of shifting to produce ghosting is eliminated, and the use of adhesive paper can greatly improve the convenience of operation and the yield of mass production.
