Strictly speaking, the transfer machine transfer temperature is not equal to the actual transfer temperature, it is related to the heating roller processing accuracy, heat carrier oil cycle, loading method.
The sublimation temperature of heat transfer printing should be lower than the melting point of the fiber polymer, and the strength of the fabric will not be damaged. Polyester processing temperature is 180 ~ 210 ℃. Within this temperature range, the molecular weight of dye sublimation is between 230 and 270
The molecular weights in the range of disperse dyes are generally classified into three categories:
Fast dye disperse dye: temperature about 180 ℃ can sublimate the hair color, temperature, and then improve the color changes, edge penetration will happen.
Good disperse dye: in 180 ~ 210 ℃ temperature range can be sublimated hair color. The hair color has a flat curve. The effect of temperature on dyeing is not that it is more suitable for transfer printing of disperse dyes.
Dye disperse dye: late in 180 ~ 210 ℃ can't very well under the condition of dye
sublimation, dye their hair. Good hair color can be obtained by raising the temperature. This dye is highly temperature-dependent when dyed.
Generally suitable for thermal transfer printing dye conditions:
(1) must be under 210 ℃ sublimation ink dye, fixed on the fiber, can obtain good washing fastness and iron fastness.
(2) heat transfer printing dyes can be fully sublimated into gas-phase dye macromolecules after heating, which can condense on the surface of the fabric and diffuse into the fiber.
(3) thermal transfer printing on the transfer paper affinity is small, the fabric affinity is large.
(4) the dye should have a bright, bright color.
2.Transfer the pressure

Roller heat press machine: in order to make the transfer paper and the printed fabric overlap closely, the blanket must be tightly coated on the surface of the hot roller, the appropriate pressure is generally controlled at 12kPa.
Vacuum negative pressure heat transfer printing machine: under the condition of negative pressure (13.3kPa) can obtain good color and penetration effect, and printing fabrics feel good.
3.Transfer time
In the actual processing, the transmission time is 15~45s. Transfer time is affected by transfer temperature, fiber type, and the type of woven and knitted fabric.Bad hot stamping pattern:
(1). Color sublimation: temperature is too low or pressure is not uniform or time is too short.
(2).Blurred pattern: too long will spread the ink.
(3).Pattern dull: pressure too high or temperature too high.
(4).Pattern scar: hot stamping time is too long.
(5).Pattern tone: uneven pressure or uneven object transfer coating.
(6).Adhesive paper: too high or too long temperature can not make the material transfer coating deterioration.
(7).Patterns fade easily: transfer temperature is too low or too short.
The above is for reference only, please adjust it according to the actual situation. Using ordinary color ink - jet transfer paper transfer temperature can be very high, sublimation transfer paper transfer rate is low.
4.Color fastness
The color fastness of the transferred fabric depends mainly on the following three factors: the fabric to be processed; Transfer paper used and dyes printed on transfer paper; Transfer process conditions.Heat transfer printing has the characteristics of fast drying, washable, strong color fastness and rich color, which can be used in clothing, household textiles (curtains, sofas, tablecloths, umbrellas, shower curtains, suitcases and bags) and other products.
