1.Organize work space:

Make sure you have a staging area for tropical, scissors, and other essentials to reduce the time required to paste the transfer onto the substrate. Create a designated cooling area where you can quickly remove the transfer and allow your product to cool properly. This will allow you to move on to the next printing press. There is also room for work spaces in the packaging area, with pre-made boxes and postage meters that take less time to transport and more time to sell, print and iron.

2.Reduce waste:

Trial and error is the reality of sublimation production. But there are simple things you can do to reduce waste. Do not stack pressed substrates until they are completely cooled, as they can still transfer their color to another substrate. When you take off the sublimation transfer paper, do it quickly and evenly after the substrate leaves the hot press to prevent double image. When using cloth, use lint roller to remove dust, lint or stray fibers before transfer printing. This helps to avoid
unexpected blue spots on the fabric. Always print images that are slightly larger than the size of the substrate, which can cause errors when aligning everything.

3.Beware of hidden moisture:

Dye sublimation paper and substrates usually have a certain amount of moisture hidden in them, which does not appear before the thermal closure. During the compaction process, moisture will cause color shift, color impregnation of the image and uneven transfer of solid filled areas. To minimize these effects, store transfer paper in a sealed plastic container or in a cool, dry place to prevent the paper from absorbing moisture from the air. Use unwaxed butcher paper or regular newsprint instead of Teflon because the paper absorbs any moisture released during the press
process better. In addition, before pasting onto transfer paper, pre-press garments made of MDF or neoprene can release hidden moisture.

4. Concentrated print as soon as possible 

The worst thing about using a micro piezoelectric printer, an inkjet printer, is that it prints every few minutes, and if you need to print a lot of things, I suggest that you need to print a few things together. Try not to start the machine too often as it wastes more ink each time the machine cleans the print head and starts the printer, ink, and ink delivery system.

5. Clean the print head properly

Manual cleaning and removal of the print head should follow the operation manual. At this point, we can remove the cartridge and reset the internal sensor of the printer to determine the installation of a new cartridge.
