If there is a blockage, you can use a syringe needle to clear the ink outlet. If there is air, you can also extract air by this method.

2. Sometimes there will be some bubbles in the ink cartridge of
banner eco-solvent printer. Do not underestimate these bubbles. These bubbles can cause problems such as disconnection and lack of color in photo printing. At this time, we need to eliminate the foam before it can be used normally. The specific operation can be completed with a syringe. Take out the inner cartridge first, and use a syringe to pull out the ink in the cartridge. Remember not to rush out at this time, but to slowly pull out. The process at this time is that the ink from the outer cartridge will flow into the inner cartridge, and the ink from the inner cartridge will enter the syringe. After the syringe tube has been filled with ink, the ink in the tube, such as the outer cartridge, is repeated until the ink is free of bubbles.
The continuous supply system is also an important part of the
eco-solvent printing machine. When the photo machine is usually maintained, remember to do all aspects of maintenance to ensure that the photo machine has a longer life!
